The Mannings stand upfront the nfl power rankings week 5 mountain after a quarter of the regular season. 

Eli’s Giants are 4-0 after defeating the Chiefs down in Kansas City and Peyton’s Colts also remains a 100% record following a similar win against the Seahawks. 

Could the brothers be headed for a sibling Super Bowl?  We’ll see.

The Giants ’s Week 3-5 opponents are some pretty weak sides with a combined 1-11, so it’ll be nice to see them play some real tough games again in two weeks, when they play away to the Saints, who will be coming off a bye.  Eli’s heel injury also has to be cause for concern.

Peyton is on top of the league in, yards (1,336), touchdowns (nine), QB rating (114.5) and yards per attempt (9.75).

3. (4) Minnesota Vikings (4-0)

 Favre not only beat his old team, he also helped the Yankees.

5. (12) Denver Broncos (4-0)

The Broncos have given up just 26 points, 27 less than any other team in the NFL. That’s the best defense so far this season.

The Pats picked up a big win at home against the Ravens, partially thanks to two disputed roughing-the-passer penalties.

If Clayton had caught that fourth-down pass before the very end of the match, the Ravens might still remain unbeatened this season.

The Falcons move up a spot during their bye week as they get set for a difficult game at San Francisco on Sunday.
