Both Gerald McCoy (Oklahoma) and Ndamukong Suh (Nebraska) have been terrors this season. They’re fairly similar players at defensive tackle. They both have good size and strength and are quick off the snap. They could both play end in a 3-4 or tackle in a 4-3.
Suh, a senior, might be more aggressive than McCoy, a junior. But McCoy may be even better at shooting the gap.
Former Browns and Ravens scout Daniel Jeremiah, now of MoveTheSticks.com, tweeted today that McCoy and Suh could be the first two picks in the 2010 nfl draft.
He might be right. The Mocking the Draft rankings are being redone right now and Suh and McCoy will be the top two players. Who will be tops hasn’t been decided.
I want you to weigh in with your choice. Especially like one more than the other? Make your case in the comments.
